Types of applications
Silkscreen
This method allows the image to be directly transferred from the printing plate to the fabric using specialized dyes. Silkscreen printing is an economical option for large orders, ideal for runs of over 50 units. Its advantages include:
  • Versatility of application;
  • Affordable cost;
  • Brightness and saturation of colors;
  • The ability to create a variety of effects, including the addition of volumetric texture.
Sublimation printing involves transferring an image printed on paper with sublimation ink onto the material using a heat press. This method is ideal for light-colored textiles made of 100% polyester and is characterized by:
  • Accuracy in drawing fine details;
  • Clarity of the image;
  • Imperceptibility of the ink to the touch;
  • Cost-effectiveness. Sublimation printing provides durability of the image, as the dye penetrates into the structure of fibers.
Sublimation printing
Direct digital printing
This method allows you to directly apply an image to a product using a specialized printer. Advantages include high printing speed, affordable cost and photographic quality of the resulting image.
Embroidery
Embroidery is a premium and time-consuming method of logo application done with specialized machines. The craftsman only needs to control the process by loading the embroidery program into the equipment. Embroidery is applicable to workwear and other products, distinguished by its durability and resistance to mechanical damage, UV and dry cleaning.
Thermal transfer (Flex/Flock)
Flex and Flock are popular thermal transfer methods suitable for stable materials. Flock stands out for its velvety feel and slightly convex texture, while Flex is smooth and cut to the shape of the image. Key advantages:
  • Quick production time;
  • Vividness and saturation of colors;
  • Ability to detail large elements. Additional options include holograms, glitter and metallized effects.
Embossing
Embossing is an exquisite method of logo application, especially effective when working with leather. The master creates an embossing cliché that gives products such as workwear, diaries or wallets a unique and presentable look.
DTF (Direct to Film)
DTF printing is a synthesis of digital inkjet printing and thermal transfer technology. The image is first printed on a special film, after which a white substrate is applied. The film is sprinkled with adhesive powder, which at 150°C creates an adhesive base for thermal transfer to the product using a heat press.
